Returns: If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within no later than 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly assist you with returns or refunds.** If the driver gives you time to open the package, and you notice damages, please make sure to tell the driver so they can note it on the receipt of delivery. This will facilitate a damage claim.*** We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or personal dislike.
Refunds: issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
Cancelling an order: please contact us immediately. Your order may be cancelled at no additional cost, provided that you cancel before the order has been processed.
