Returns: If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within no later than 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly assist you with returns or refunds.** If the driver gives you time to open the package, and you notice damages, please make sure to tell the driver so they can note it on the receipt of delivery. This will facilitate a damage claim.*** We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or personal dislike.
Refunds: issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
Cancelling an order: please contact us immediately. Your order may be cancelled at no additional cost, provided that you cancel before the order has been processed. Orders are usually processed in as little as 1 business day but can take up to 3 business days. We urge you to cancel immediately should you wish to cancel an order.

**Damages or defects are rare, but could occur, and are out of our control. Keep original packaging until you have fully inspected the item, and send us 3 photos of the damage including one of the box it was delivered in as this facilitates the return process should it be needed. In some cases we will send replacement parts. Regardless of the type of damage, we will manage the entire return process. Please contact us if you have any questions.
